Ingredients:
Freekeh, Radish and Mung Bean Salad
Method:
Freekeh, Radish and Mung Bean Salad
  1. Boil a saucepan with 3/4 cups of water. Add the freekeh. The freekeh will be done when all the water has been absorbed.
  2. Cut up all the vegetables and combine in a bowl.
  3. Stir through the oregano in the cooked freekeh (Don’t have to add oregano).
  4. Mix through the freekeh in the salad.
  5. Top with the mung bean sprouts and serve.
