A light and tasty summer lunch dish, this pear and smoked chicken wrap recipe is so quick and easy to make. Packed with fresh veggies, cream cheese and horseradish for a delicious mix of wholesome flavours.

Pear and Smoked Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Trim and blanch the asparagus spears, drain and allow to cool
  2. Slice the chicken breasts and pears
  3. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, horseradish and season with salt and pepper
  4. Lay the mountain bread out on a board and spread with the cheese mixture. Place a layer of baby spinach on each mountain bread slice and then divide the fresh herbs evenly between the wraps
  5. Layer the smoked chicken, asparagus and pear slices over the wraps
  6. Firmly roll the wraps, then wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 1 hour
  7. When ready to serve, remove the wrap and slice
  8. Wraps are a great lunch box idea or can be sliced into rounds and served as a canape
