Protein Muesli Bars
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced) and lightly grease a baking dish or tray.
  2. Set aside date syrup, nut butter and honey into a pot and combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir to combine and coat well in the Vital Protein powder.
  4. Over a very low heat, gently warm the nut butter, honey and date syrup so it combines in a smooth paste.
  5. Pour over dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until coated, add water 1 tbsp at a time if needed to bring mixture together loosely.
  6. Press firmly into a lightly greased dish and bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
  7. Cut into 18 bars with a sharp knife and allow to cool.
