Everyone loves the mild yet irresistible flavours of a good chicken satay sauce. It's an exotic and world-famous far Eastern flavour experience, made from a delicious blend of traditional spices.

Satay Chicken
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  3. Pour Stir-fry sauce into pan and toss through
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked
  5. Serve immediately on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice
Tips & Hints:
  • Also great with red meats, seafood or vegetables. Mix Satay Sauce in a bowl with meat or seafood, skewer and then cook on grill. Serve with wedged cucumber, onion, carrot and sticky rice.

If I can cook this, anyone can. Use thin strips of chicken tenderloins (not chicken breast). Satay sauce is sweet and spicy, and is one of the better satay sauce’s I’ve tried. Really enjoyed this.
