Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

1-2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic
2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
1/2 cup soften unsalted butter
1 french bread stick

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Combine Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic and Gourmet Garden Parsley with butter.
Slice French bread stick into even pieces ensuring that you don't slice all the way through, just to the bottom of the crust.
Place a tsp of the butter mixture between each slice and spread evenly.
Wrap bread in aluminum foil and cook in oven for 15 minutes. Serve on its own or with your favourite pasta.
