A scrumptious blend of Italian and Asian cuisine, this satay chicken pizza is packed with tasty flavours of garlic, peanut, ginger and pineapple. This easy recipe is perfect for a midweek dinner or dinner party.

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. COMBINE the chicken, oil, garlic, ginger and pepper in a bowl
  2. HEAT the peanut butter, Philly, water, soy and chilli in a saucepan, stirring until mixture just begins to simmer, to make a sauce. Remove from heat
  3. SPREAD each of the pizza bases with 1/3 cup of the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, Top with pineapple, capsicum, chicken and white spring onion
  4. BAKE the pizzas in a very hot oven 220°C for 15-20 minutes or until bases are golden and chicken is cooked. Drizzle with extra sauce and sprinkle with spring onion and coriander. Serve immediately
