Lemony Hollandaise Sauce
- Place egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender
- Cover and blend for about 5 seconds
- Melt the butter over a low heat until completely melted
- Pour in the melted butter - a little at a time while blending
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with your desired dishes
