Parmesan cheese can be used in so many ways! Grated over pasta and salads, stirred into pasta and risotto or eaton in chunks when served on a platter. You can cut parmesan using a grater for fine shavings or use a vegetable peeler for to create wide, thin slices. Parmesan also adds incredible flavour to meals and is an easy substitue for salt. You can also add the rind of parmesan to flavour soups and bolognese sauce.
