Strawberry Yoghurt Sorbet
Ingredients:
Berry Sauce
250 g strawberries
100 g raspberries
1 tablespoon agave or honey
Strawberry Yoghurt Sorbet
200 g frozen strawberries
400 g frozen banana
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 cups ice
2 heaped tablespoons of honey
Method:
Berry Sauce
Combine ingredients into your Vitamix container and secure lid. Select variable 1
Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to variable 10
Process for a few seconds until combined Serve over the sorbet and enjoy
Strawberry Yoghurt Sorbet
Combine yoghurt, honey, strawberries, banana in that order into your Vitamix container. Select variable 1
Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to variable 10 and then to high
Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blade and you’ll have the most delicious creamy sorbet you’ll ever taste
Serve immediately and enjoy alone or drizzled with my berry sauce
