Raspberry sauces are perfect to serve with a great range of desserts and also for breakfast. Easy to make, they can be stored in the fridge until ready to serve. Raspberry Coulis which is a smooth, strained raspberry sauce that is ideal to serve with desserts, particularly when entertaining.

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Place frozen Raspberries and sugar into a large non-stick frying pan. Stir to combine. Heat, stirring often, over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until berries are very tender
  2. Using a wooden spoon, crush raspberries until pureed
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Pass Raspberry mixture through a sieve to strain. Discard seeds
