Method:
Prosciutto and Mozarella Scrolls
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C on fan forced function
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. fork whilst adding the milk gradually until mixture forms into dough
  4. Transfer to a clean work surface and knead gently to incorporate all the flour
  5. Use a floured rolling pin and roll the dough to a square of 1 cm thickness
  6. Brush the surface with a little milk and line with prosciutto slices followed by mozzarella
  7. Starting from the side closest to you, roll up firmly to form a log
  8. Cut crossways into 8 even portions
  9. Place cut-side up and lightly brush scrolls with milk
  10. Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake for 20 minutes
