- Remove the cheeks from mangoes. Discard the seed and peel away skin. Finely dice the flesh and place in a medium bowl
- Add cucumber, 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Dill, 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli and lime juice. Mix well
- Shell green prawns. Combine with scallops, bugs, 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Dill, 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli and Gourmet Garden Garlic. Mix well
- Cook seafood on heated oiled barbecue until just cooked through. Serve with salsa, lime wedges and green salad if desired
