  1. Place the whiskey, honey, cloves and orange rind in a mug with the Dilmah Gourmet Earl Grey Tea bag, pour over hot water and brew for 5 minutes
  2. Take the tea bag and cloves out and make sure the honey has dissolved and the whiskey is mixed through
  3. Perfect in winter with warm scones
