Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the pastry sheet on a baking tray covered with baking paper, allow to thaw. Pierce in several places with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a rack to cool
Beat the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the lemon butter, beat for a few seconds until just combined
Spread the lemon cream over the cold pastry. Chop the berries, if necessary and sprinkle over the cream. Top with macadamias.
