Vegetable Salad
- Boil or steam green beans, cauliflower florets, baby carrots, asparagus, and broccolini, separately, until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil, Gourmet Garden Garlic and fennel seeds in a small pan. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant
- Remove pan from heat, stir in lemon juice, Gourmet Garden Oregano and season with salt and pepper
- Arrange vegetables and cherry tomatoes on a serving platter, drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately
