Vegetable Slice
  1. IN a large bowl stir together the oil, eggs, flour and cheese. Stir in the vegetables and seasonings. Pour into a greased and lined 22cm x 30cm baking pan
  2. DOT the tomatoes over the top and sprinkle over the extra cheese
  3. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch. Slice and serve warm or cold with salad
