Method:
Feta & Herb Scones
- Preheat oven to 180°C - 190°C on fan forced cooking function
- Rub the feta cheese into the flour until the mixture resembles rough breadcrumbs
- Add chives, parsley, paprika and shredded cheese
- Add milk until the mixture just comes together
- Knead lightly on a floured surface until a soft dough is formed
- Press into rounds using a scone cutter
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden on the edges
- Serve warm with butter
