  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup Vitasoy Ricemilk Vitamin and Mineral Enriched with cornflour to form a paste
  2. Add mustard powder and remaining Vitasoy Ricemilk Vitamin and Mineral Enriched mixing well to ensure evenly combined
  3. Pour into a saucepan, stirring continually over medium heat until thickened. Do not boil
  4. Add grated cheese, stir until melted and season to taste
  5. and pour over cooked cauliflower
