Uncooked Rice

Tried this recipe last week using spinach and capsicum fresh from the garden. Unfortunately the rice didn't cook so I was left with a crunchy unappealing slice. I haven't given up hope and I'm trying it again this week but with some leftover cooked rice to see how it goes. I will come back with my findings!

Love this recipe. Love that there is no pre cooking required -just throw everything in together. It is so easy & versatile. I start with the basic recipe & throw in extra vegies that I may have such as capsicum, mushrooms, carrot & corn. Always delicious & a great way to get more vegies into my family
