Crumbed and Baked Chicken 'Peppery' Bites

Method:
Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C on fan forced cooking function.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the chicken with the cayenne pepper, salt and chives.
  3. Then lightly coat the chicken with flour and shake off the excess.
  4. Coat with beaten egg mix and then coat with the breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the crumbed strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Place in the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Change the cooking function to Fan Grill (keeping the temperature at 180°C) and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cooked.
  8. When cooked, serve with aioli.
Aioli
  1. Combine all ingredients together and serve in a bowl.
