Method:
Freekeh, Radish and Mung Bean Salad
- Boil a saucepan with 3/4 cups of water. Add the freekeh. The freekeh will be done when all the water has been absorbed.
- Cut up all the vegetables and combine in a bowl.
- Stir through the oregano in the cooked freekeh (Don’t have to add oregano).
- Mix through the freekeh in the salad.
- Top with the mung bean sprouts and serve.
