French Toast with Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Whisk eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl until combined. Transfer mixture to a flat, shallow container so the bread can be easily dipped
  2. Preheat fry pan
  3. Dip bread for 30 seconds, turn over and dip remaining side for another 30 seconds
  4. Add a little butter to pan before adding bread. Fry until golden, turn cook remaining side
  5. Serve with pan fried tomatoes and a dipping tub of warmed hollandaise. Hollandaise Sauce can be warmed in the microwave oven - just 10 or 20 seconds for a small portion
