Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding
Ingredients:
Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding
6 Bakers Delight Hot Cross Buns
2 cups cream
1.5 cups milk
3 eggs
Zest of 1 orange
1 handful sultanas
Berries & cream to serve
Sugar to spinkle
Method:
Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding
Pre-heat oven to 160°c fan bake
Slice Hot Cross Buns in half (through the middle)
Butter the baking dish & lay the bun bottoms on the dish
Mix the cream, milk, eggs and orange zest in a bowl & pour over bun bottoms
Sprinkle over sultanas & place bun tops on top. Sprinkle with sugar
Bake at 160°c for 30-40 minutes
Serve with cream & berries
