Middle Eastern Lamb Pizza

Method:
- Preheat oven on Fan Bottom at 200°C
- Soak the raisins in water and set aside
- In a saute pan, drizzle with a little olive oil and add in the garlic and onion. Add the mixed spice and cumin and saute until it is well combined
- Turn off the heat and add the mince to the pan. Add the salt and drained raisins to the mash and mince well into the onion mixture. Set aside to cool
- Grease pizza pan and set aside
- Roll out dough on a clean surface with some flour on the side to avoid it sticking to the bench top. Transfer to the pizza pan
- Using the back of a spoon, spread hummus evenly on the pizza dough. Spread the mince on top of the hummus
- Salt and pepper on top then bake on the second shelf from the bottom of the oven for 15mins
- Sprinkle parsley leaves on top and serve immediately
