Potato Bake with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. COMBINE PHILLY, milk, garlic, thyme and seasonings
  2. ARRANGE half the potatoes in greased 1 1/2 - 2 litres shallow baking dish
  3. POUR over half the PHILLY mixture and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, PHILLY and cheese. Cover with foil and bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 1 hour
  4. REMOVE the foil and cook for a further 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately
