Combine the PHILLY, cheese, garlic, chilli and salt
Cover a baking tray with a layer of rock salt. Arrange the scallops (on their shells) on top of the salt. Spoon 1 tablespoon of PHILLY mixture onto each scallop
Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 10 minutes or until the scallops are just cooked. Place onto a serving plates or a platter and garnish with watercress. Serve immediately
