Anzac Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced function
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, oats, coconut and brown sugar together
  3. In a small saucepan, add the golden syrup, butter and two tablespoons of water
  4. Heat until the mixture is melted
  5. Stir in the bicarbonate soda
  6. Pour over the flour mixture and mix thoroughly
  7. Using a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball and gently flatten the biscuit batter onto a tray
  8. Repeat with the remaining mixture
  9. Space biscuits evenly on the tray
  10. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
