- Put 1/2 a Nashi pear, lemon wedge and dash of maple syrup in a sealable container. Crush with a blunt object until well mixed
- Add 30ml shot of bourbon. Shake like you mean it and strain into a tall glass
- Top with Schweppes DRY Ginger Ale and a pear slice to complete your task
