Method:
Green Tea Poached Chicken Sandwiches
- Steep Dilmah Green teabags in boiled water then bring back to near boiling point in a small pan
- Poach chicken fillet for 10 minutes
- Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes
- 3 Mix finely sliced celery, fresh herbs, mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, onions, and salt & pepper
- Dice chicken and fold into the mayonnaise mixture
- Spread evenly onto bread, remove crusts and cut into 3 portions
Tips & Hints:
- Where Dilmah Ceylon Green is not available use Dilmah Pure Green tea.
