Moroccan Chicken Kebabs

- Chop chicken breast fillets into 2cm cubes. Place in a bowl. Add Gourmet Garden Moroccan Seasoning, olive oil, lemon rind and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Toss to coat. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers
- Combine couscous with boiling water in large heatproof bowl, cover; stand about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff couscous with a fork
- Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, watercress and toasted pine nuts. Stir to combine
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add skewers. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with couscous
