CREAM together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well. Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa, bicarbonate soda and salt. Add the nuts, cranberries and chocolate and mix to combine
SPOON heaped tablespoons of mixture onto a greased baking tray, allowing room for spreading
BAKE in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 14-16 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required
