Family Roast with Fig and Almond Stuffing

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C
  2. Remove chicken from the bag and place onto a lined baking tray and cover with foil
  3. Cook for 30 minutes per 500g, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes. All appliances are different, that's why it is important to use this as a guide only. Serve
