Bacon and Spring Veggie Slice
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C (fan forced). Grease and line a 20cm square, non-stick slice tin with baking paper
  2. Fry or grill the bacon until crispy, drain on a paper towel and add to a large mixing bowl
  3. Add the zucchini, peas, green onions, cheese, flour and thyme to the bowl. Mix well
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular and eggs. Add to the bacon and vegetable mixture. Stir until well combined
  5. Pour into prepared tin and smooth the top. Lay the asparagus slices on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm. It can also be served at room temperature or cold
