Line the EasySear pan with baking paper
Put flour and the salt into a bowl, rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
Slowly add the milk and mix with a flat bladed knife until it comes together to form a soft dough (You can do this in a food processor if you have one)
Roll out the dough to a 20 x 30cm rectangle
Top with the cinnamon sugar filling
Roll the dough up to enclose the filling into one big roll. Cut the roll into slices and place on the baking paper in the EasySear pan
Turn the setting to High and cook for 90 minutes or until the scrolls are cooked
Mix icing sugar and milk and a medium sized bowl
Pour over icing over warm scrolls or alternatively pipe over cooled scrolls
