Method:
  1. For best results use your Breville Boss To Go blender
  2. Place coconut in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 1 hour until the mixture has cooled to room temperature, then place in the fridge to chill for an additional 1 hour
  3. Place coconut and water mixture into tumbler and secure blades. Lock onto motor base and blend for 60 seconds
  4. Pour into a nut milk bag over a bowl (or fine strainer lined with a double layer of muslin), and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Discard the remaining fibre
  5. Transfer into an airtight container and place in the fridge to chill thoroughly before serving. Store in the fridge and use within 3 days. Shake or stir before serving
