Method:
Dilmah "t" Green Tea, Jasmine Flowers cream, Campari granite
  1. Warm the orange add the sugar and the gelatine
  2. Pour the mixture into a wine glass and let it set
  3. Mix orange juice, castor sugar, Campari together and freeze to make Campari Granite
  4. Blend tea and icing sugar in a spice blender
  5. Whip cream with spices mixture
  6. Use the wine glasses with the set gelee, pipe the green tea cream in the glass
  7. Top with Campari Granite
