Method:
French Toast with Jam and Maple Syrup
- Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl
- Heat butter or oil in a large frying pan on med heat
- Dip each piece of bread in egg mixture and gently place in heated pan
- Cook for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- Serve immediately with jam and maple syrup
Tips & Hints:
- You can also keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
