Gluten Free Dairy Free Shepherd's Pie

Shepherd's Pie
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ 160°C (fan forced)
- Heat oil In a large heavy based saucepan, add onion and garlic and cook over medium-low heat until onion softened
- Add mince, gravy powder and water and cook until meat has browned. Add frozen mixed vegetables and stir through until well combined. Set aside
- Place potatoes into a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 15 minutes or until well cooked (soft when tested with pointy end of a knife). Drain and return to saucepan
- Using a potato masher, mash potato until very well smooth. Stir in Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular and dairy free spread, mix until well combined. Add pepper to taste. Spoon on top of mince base and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
