Ham & Chive Quiches
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line large non stick muffin cases with ham rounds
  3. In a small bowl beat eggs and Gourmet Garden Chives and season with sea salt and pepper. Pouring into ham lined muffin cases and sprinkle evenly with cheese
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until set
Tips & Hints:
  • You could also make Salmon and Dill quiches by substituting leftover salmon and Gourmet Garden Dill
