Lemon Sherbet Drop
  1. Place lemon juice and Lakanto Icing Powder in a cocktail shaker and mix with a spoon until the icing powder dissolves. Add bitters and some ice, then shake well.
  2. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Serve.
Tips & Hints:
  • Use premium tonic water to replace the non-alcoholic wine if you wish.
