Low-Carb Strawberry Agua Fresca
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Mix sliced strawberries, sugar and 1 cup of water together in a medium bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Strain through a wire mesh strainer over a jug or bowl.
  4. Add the remaining water and stir to combine.
  5. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve or serve immediately over ice.
  6. Garnish with lime wheels and mint.
Tips & Hints:
  • If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar or drink bottle – anything with a tight lid will work!
  • If you don’t have a muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon or similar.
