This quick lemony sprout salad with maple almonds recipe is a great summertime salad which can be served at any summertime dining occasion.

Lemony Sprout Salad with Maple Almonds
  1. Toss the almonds in the maple syrup and then spread on a lined baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool
  2. Arrange the sprouts, beans and onion on a serving platter. Combine the mayonnaise with the lemon, extra maple syrup and seasonings. Drizzle over the greens then sprinkle with almonds to serve
