Moroccan Tajine
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Apply Moroccan Tajine Spice Rub to the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
  2. In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken and sear.
  3. Transfer the seared chicken to a pot. Add Moroccan Tajine Sauce and water. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally until the meat is fully cooked.
  5. Serve with warm rice and garnish with roasted pine nuts and micro herbs.
Tips & Hints:
  • For extra flavour, serve with lemon wedges.
  • Also delicious with lamb or vegetables.
