Easy Satay Chicken with tender chicken and vegetables simmered in a rich Malaysian-style peanut sauce. Serve with jasmine rice for a flavour-packed family dinner.

Satay Chicken
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. COAT: Mix Garlic and Ginger Paste through diced chicken pieces and set aside.
  2. SEAR: Flash fry Dried Onion & Garlic Mix in hot and well-oiled medium saucepan for 5 seconds. Add marinated chicken and cook until well seared, then add vegetables and stir-fry with chicken for 1 minute.
  3. SIMMER: Add Malaysian Peanut Satay Sauce, mix well and reduce heat to low. Simmer until chicken and vegetables are fully cooked and tender (approx. 20 minutes). Serve with steamed Jasmine rice.
Tips & Hints:
  • For a delicious alternative, marinate chicken in Ginger and Garlic Paste and Satay Sauce for 1-2 hours. Thread on skewers, then BBQ.
  • Also great with beef, seafood or vegetables.
