Nutella Breakfast Bites are an easy make-ahead breakfast or snack. Rolled from oats, almonds, coconut and protein powder, then served with a spoon of Nutella® for a satisfying, energy-boosting bite.

Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Place almonds, protein powder, apple butter or sauce, coconut, oats, maple syrup and cinnamon into a food processor. Pulse until mixed.
  2. Roll mixture into 16 little bite-sized balls.
  3. Serve each breakfast bite with 1 teaspoon of Nutella®. We love them with fresh fruit or a cold glass of milk.
Tips & Hints:
  • These yummy bites are great to make ahead and have on hand for an easy snack! They're also perfect for taking with you on long walks!
