  1. Prep the Scallops – check for any small shell fragments and ensure they are clean.
  2. Butter & Season – add half a tbsp of butter to each scallop and sprinkle generously with Street BBQ Chinese seasoning.
  3. Grill to Perfection – place the scallops directly on the BBQ. As the butter melts and begins to bubble, let it cook until it turns a rich hazelnut brown.
