Thai Seafood Soup
  1. Heat canola oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Gourmet Garden Thai Seasoning and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant
  2. Add fish stock, lime juice, grated palm (or brown) sugar and fish sauce. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add baby corn, capsicum and rice vermicelli noodles. Simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Add baby bok choy, prawns and fish. Return to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes or until the seafood is just cooked. Serve
