Method:
Toasted Turkish Bread with Sweet Potato and Fetta
  1. Spread Tablelands Smart Spread onto the tops of Turkish bread, toast under the grill
  2. Spread bottom half with relish, top with rocket, sliced tomato, sweet potato, semi dried tomato and crumble over feta
Tips & Hints:
  • To roast sweet potatoes, preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray. Roast in oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
