Method:
  1. Preheat oven 180°C/ 160°C (fan forced). Grease a rectangular oven proof dish
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add garlic and green onion. Gently fry for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tuna, thyme, parsley and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. For the cheese sauce, combine Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite , cornflour and dairy free spread into a saucepan. Whisk gently over medium high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened
  4. Place a layer of lasagne sheets on the base of greased tray. Spread over half the tuna mix. Cover with another layer of lasagne sheets. Spread remaining tuna mix and then top with another layer of lasagne sheets. Cover with white sauce. Sprinkle with tasty cheese and freshly ground black pepper
  5. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and lasagna sheets are tender. Stand 10 minutes before serving
