Miso Pork
Ingredients:

Method:
Miso Sauce
- Add miso, honey, sake, mirin to a small pot
- stir ingredients together over a medium heat until well combined
- when the mixture has a smooth consistency, take off heat and set aside
- You can add a little water if the mixture is too thick
Tips & Hints:
- Use a high quality red miso, This is an excellent dish to serve over a bowl of rice.
Pork Fillet
- Trim sinew from pork fillet and butterfly lengthways
- Heat a heavy pan over medium/high heat
- Oil and season the pork fillet and add to pan
- Turn and cook to your desired doneness
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes in a warm spot and then slice
- Serve with the warm miso mixture spooned over the top
